How long before my artwork arrives? 

Our art prints  and original art are shipped within 5 business days. Delivery times may vary dependant on your location in Australia. Tracking is provided so you can easily track where your parcel is and when it will arrive.

Original Art is either sent via Aramex or Australia Post.  Paper Prints are sent via Australia Post.

Do you take on commission paintings? 

No I don’t sorry. 

How do you ship your items?

All smaller items are shipped via Australia Post. Large art will be sent via courier. 

Do you ship Internationally?

Not at this stage, follow us on Facebook and Instagram for any updates. 

What happens if my items arrive damaged? 

Although we take the greatest care to package items so they arrive to you safely, accidents happen and we understand that there may be a rare occasion where you item may arrive less than perfect. If your items arrive damaged, please contact us so we can arrange a replacement where possible.

Photos of the damaged item will be requested. 

Do you offer refunds?

If your item is damaged upon its arrival, please let us know as soon as possible as we will be more than happy to repair, exhaling for offer a credit to you.

 Will my piece look the same as what’s pictured on the website? 

Please note that all print images may be positioned differently on the page than they appear on the website and that the colours of the final print may differ slightly from the colours you are seeing on your monitor. Each monitor displays colour slightly differently and we cannot guarantee that what you are seeing is a true representation of the final product. 

Please read the description of your item carefully to ensure that what you are purchasing is what you are looking for.  

Do you do markets and popup stores?

We do and we LOVE to travel. We are based in Toowoomba and you can find us at the occasional market or in a popup store in the shopping centre. . Keep an eye on our Facebook and social media for updates on our markets and events.

Do you offer wholesale?

Absolutely!  For all wholesale and collaboration enquiries, please email naturesrewards@outlook.com

Deposit on art to hold or layby. 

A deposit of 20% is required to hold art or for Layby and full payment is required in two months from the date of comittment. If payment is not received after this period and you have been contacted, you will forfeit the deposit and no refund will be given.
